Please review the cancellation and refund policy for World Peace Yoga School’s yoga teacher training programs. By using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Refund & Cancellation Policy of World Peace Yoga School.
We ensure that our terms and conditions, as well as our cancellation and refund policy, are clear and accessible. We encourage you to read them thoroughly. When booking a course or yoga retreat, all students or trainees must agree to our policies and terms.
We understand the value of your resources and time, so we recommend making your booking after careful consideration. A registration fee ranging from $200 to $300 USD, depending on the chosen course, must be paid to secure your spot. The remaining balance is payable upon arrival.
Please note that the registration fee is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refund Requested Before The Beginning Of Training
The registration booking amount is non-refundable. However, in the case of an emergency, you may join a future batch, provided there are available seats. To reschedule your teacher training course, you must contact us directly. Please note that World Peace Yoga School accepts a limited number of students per course, so early reservations are encouraged.
It is important to inform us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
No refunds or future credit will be issued for the course. Students are allowed to select any other scheduled course within one year of their original course date.
Refund Requested After The Training Is Started
We understand that students may feel about leaving the course due to difficulties with the course, surroundings, or other areas of life. In this case, we will not be able to offer any certificate or complete your graduation for the training, and the fees will not be refunded.
Re-scheduling
If a trainee or student is willing to re-schedule the course for our next training session, you will not have to pay any registration amount. You can re-schedule for the same or another training course within 1-year from the registration date.
If The Course Fee Is Fully Paid In Advance
The cancellation request must have been made 7 days ago from the start of the course. You can transfer your full course fee to another available date. In such a case, you must reconfirm the available dates with us.
Cancellation Policy
If you buy or enroll for any course, the advance deposit (booking amount) is non-refundable. In case of cancellation, you can use the amount paid to enroll for the available courses within 12 months from the first enrollment date.
Cancellation Performed By Adishakti Yogpeeth
If Adishakti Yogpeeth performs cancellation due to unavoidable conditions, you will be allotted a seat in our upcoming training sessions. Full fees or booking amounts will not be refunded to trainees or students.
However, it does not apply to the cancellation done due to-
- Any unlawful activity or misconduct performed by a student.
- Violation of our policies.
Adishakti Yogpeeth holds all the rights to cancel or refuse admission without any explanation in case of unlawful activities or serious misconduct by our trainees on or off the premises.
